Booking Process

At Manchala Mushafir, we offer both offline and online payment methods for booking your trip. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and secure booking process.

Offline Booking Method

• Advance Payment: You are required to pay 25% of the total amount using the scan code of the bank account details provided below.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 75% of the total amount is to be paid on Day 1 of the trip.
• Payment Confirmation: After making the payment, send your payment confirmation receipt to 9311052232 via WhatsApp.
• Form Link: Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a form link. After submitting the form, your bill will be sent to you within 30 minutes on WhatsApp and within 48 hours to your email address provided in the form.

Online Booking Method

• Booking Process:
  • Click on the Book Now button on the tour page.
  • Fill in the necessary details, including Number of Persons, Pickup Location, Travel Date, Room Sharing Type, and Payment Option.
  • The total amount and advance amount will be displayed on the screen for you to verify.
  • After verifying, click on the Submit and Proceed to Checkout button.
• Checkout Details:
  • On the checkout page, review the details you have entered.
  • Provide additional information, including your Name, Email ID, Contact Number, Secondary Contact Number, Address, State, GST Number, ID Card Number (for males), Number of Females, Number of Children (under 5 years old), and the Calling Executive who is guiding your trip.
  • Check the Terms and Conditions box and click on the Proceed to Payment button.
• Payment Process:
  • Enter your Contact Number and Email ID on the payment gateway.
  • Select your preferred Payment Method and complete the transaction.
• Bill Generation:
  • Once the payment is processed, wait for a few seconds while the bill is generated.
  • A copy of the bill will be sent to the Email ID you provided during checkout.
