Step 1: Register yourself on the website of https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/. There are three options for registering yourself. One is like a tour operator, family, or individual. If you are registering yourself as an individual, then you need to fill in some of the basic details, like your name, mobile number, and password.
Step 2: After getting yourself registered, you need to log in. So click on login and enter your login credentials with the security code and login.
Step 3: After getting logged in, you will see a menu on the left-hand side with your name and mobile number, which you have registered for. Before registering yourself, you first need to create a group, so click on Registration for Tour and fill in the basic details about the duration of travel, number of tourists, mode of travel for Char Dham, and select the destinations you are going to visit with the exact date of your darshan. Click on the Add button to add the dham if you want to add any more temples to the list. Then click save to create the group.
Step 4: After creating the group website, it will redirect you to the page where you need to fill in the details of all the individuals in your group one by one. You need to fill in the basic details like gender, age, mobile number, Aadhar number, full address, city, district, state, emergency contact number, contact person name, and relationship with that person. You can use the mode of transport, driver name, and vehicle number for any health issue you have, like cardiac disease, diabetes, asthma, or any other problem. At last, you need to upload your passport-size photo in JPEG format and your Aadhar card in PDF format. If you are COVID-vaccinated, then you need to fill in the certificate number and then select "I hereby agree to share the information in this form for registration." and click on update.
Step 5: You need to follow these steps for every individual in your group to get everyone registered.
Step 6: After getting everyone registered, don't forget to download the registration certificate for each individual. You need to carry this in soft copy mode and produce it whenever you are asked to do so.
