Helicopter booking for Kedarnath Yatra can only be booked from heliyatra.irctc.co.in. No other company/person/website is authorised to book tickets on behalf of IRCTC.

Terms and Conditions of Manchala Mushafir Private Limited

1. Introduction
Welcome to Manchala Mushafir Private Limited. By booking a trip or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2.2 Payments must be made directly to the company’s current account. No payments should be made to any individual associated with the company.
2.3 Manchala Mushafir Private Limited will not be responsible for any payments made to third parties or any other unauthorized personnel.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation requests will not be accepted during the trip. Any cancellations must be made prior to the commencement of the trip, subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Trip Extensions
4.1 If the duration of the trip exceeds the planned schedule due to bad weather, traffic jams, landslides, crowd congestion, or any other unforeseen circumstances, additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

5. Vehicle Breakdown
5.1 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, Manchala Mushafir Private Limited will arrange for the repair or replacement of the vehicle.
5.2 Customers must allow reasonable time for the repair or replacement of the vehicle.

6. Accidents and Medical Emergencies
6.1 In case of any minor or major accidents, the company will bear the cost of hospitalization, medication, and treatment, including transportation to the nearest hospital.

7. Meals and Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Breakfast will not be provided before 7:00 AM and dinner will not be provided after 10:00 PM.
7.2 Anyone arriving at the designated location for breakfast before 7:00 AM or for dinner after 10:00 PM will need to arrange their meals independently. The company is not liable for any reimbursement in these cases.
7.3 Reimbursement for meals will be at the rate of INR 150 per person for breakfast and INR 200 per person for dinner.
7.4 Customers are eligible for reimbursement only if the company is unable to provide the specified meal.
7.5 If customers willingly skip any meals, the company is not liable for any reimbursement.

8. No Reimbursement Policy
8.1 No reimbursements or refunds will be allowed after the completion of the trip.

9. Responsibility and Liability
9.1 Manchala Mushafir Private Limited is not responsible for any amount paid to anyone during, before, or after the trip, other than payments made directly to the company’s current account.
9.2 None of the company’s associates or employees will be liable to refund any such payments.

10. Customer’s Belongings
10.1 Customers are responsible for taking care of their belongings during the trip. The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

11. Group Tour Policy
11.1 Anyone traveling in a group tour must stay with the group. No special treatment will be provided to any individual within the group.
11.2 Decisions during the trip will be made based on the majority’s consensus.
11.3 In the absence of a majority consensus, the trip manager’s decision will be final and binding.
11.4 If you are traveling in a group tour and wish to upgrade or modify your experience, you must bear any additional costs arising from such modifications.

12. Seat Allocation
12.1 Seats in the vehicle will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
12.2 No seat allotment will be done by anyone from the company. If you have any seating preferences, please arrive at the pickup location early to secure your desired seat.

13. Force Majeure
13.1 The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

14. Governing Law
14.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

15. Amendments
15.1 Manchala Mushafir Private Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms and conditions periodically.

16.1 Age-Based Fare Charges:

  • Children aged 5 to 10 years:
    • Charge: 60% of the adult fare.
    • Condition: No separate seat will be provided in the vehicle. The child must share a seat with the accompanying adult.
  • Children below 5 years:
    • Charge: 0% (free of charge).
    • Condition: No separate seat in the vehicle and no separate hotel room provisions. The child must share accommodations and travel arrangements with the accompanying adult.
17.1 Date Change Policy
  1. One Free Date Change: Each booking is allowed one free date change.
  2. Subsequent Date Changes: Any additional date changes beyond the first free change will incur a fee of INR 500 per change and payment to be made within 3 days of date change request, else booking will be considered to be cancalled.
  3. Request Process: All date change requests must be submitted in writing via email from the email id given during the booking, including the booking reference number and preferred new date.
  4. Last Date of Date Change: Request for date change will only be acceptable till 3 working days before the trip date.
17.2 Cancellation Policy
  1. Non-applicability After Date Change: Once a date has been changed (whether it is the free change or any subsequent change), the cancellation policy is no longer applicable. No refunds or cancellations will be processed for any booking that has undergone a date change.
  2. Original Booking Cancellations: Cancellations for bookings that have not had any date changes will be processed according to our standard cancellation policy.
