The trip will start at 7:00 AM from Haridwar Railway Station. If you're coming from Haridwar, please make sure to arrive at the station before 7:00 AM.
- Our vehicle will be waiting outside the Haridwar Railway Station in the designated parking area.
- For those joining from Rishikesh, the driver will inform you of the exact pickup time.
- Once you board the vehicle, please place your luggage in the designated space and get comfortable for the journey.

Haridwar to Rishikesh: This part of the journey is about 25 km and is on a smooth, well-maintained road, making for a comfortable drive.
- Rishikesh to Rudraprayag: The journey from Rishikesh to Rudraprayag is around 140 km via NH 58, a good road with some gentle hills, providing a pleasant and scenic drive.
- Rudraprayag to Guptkashi: The final stretch is around 45 km via NH 109. While the first 35 km is on a well-maintained road, the last 10 km is narrower and less-developed. Expect this section to take about 1 to 1.5 hours.

The journey will begin early in the morning, between 3:00 and 4:00 AM. The entire group, along with the guide, will be transferred to Sonprayag to start the next part of the journey.
Route Overview

Guptkashi to Sonprayag: The drive from Guptkashi to Sonprayag is approximately 30 km on a single-lane road. The road is not very well-maintained, so the ride will be slow and bumpy.
- Sonprayag to Gaurikund: From Sonprayag, we will take a 5 km taxi ride to Gaurikund. The road is narrow, steep, and winding, climbing from an altitude of 2,936 feet to 6,502 feet, which results in a quick increase in height over a short distance.
- Gaurikund to Kedarnath: Upon reaching Gaurikund, the trek to Kedarnath will begin. The path starts with a gradual climb towards Rambara Bridge, where you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Mandakini River. After crossing the bridge, the climb gets steeper, but it eases as you near Badi Linchauli. The last 1.5 km is a relatively easy, flat walk straight to the Kedarnath Temple.

Day: 3 Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Departure Information
This is the exciting day for Darshan. Please be ready by 4:00 AM and make sure you are in the queue to visit the Kedarnath Temple. After Darshan, the group will head to the Bhairav nath Temple, which is about 800 meters away from Kedarnath Temple. The first 600 meters of this trek are steep, so be prepared for a challenging start. After visiting the Bhairav Baba Temple, we will have a light breakfast before starting our descent back to Gaurikund around 9:00 AM
Route Overview
The descent will be easier and more gradual, allowing you to enjoy the scenic views on the way down. The return trek follows the same route but will take about 30-40% less time than the uphill climb.
Journey Back to Sonprayag or Sitapur: Once we reach Gaurikund, we will take a taxi to Sonprayag or Sitapur, where we will reach the designated parking area.
Return to Guptkashi: After everyone has gathered, we will begin the drive back to the Guptkashi resort. Dinner will be served upon arrival at the resort.

Day: 4 Guptkashi to Badrinath via Chopta Tungnath

Begin your day with an early departure from Guptkashi, heading towards Chopta, which is approximately 50 km away.
Route Overview
Chopta Tungnath Trek: From Chopta, you will start a 3.5 km trek to Tungnath temple. This trek involves a gradual ascent, passing through lush green meadows and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Tungnath is one of the heighest shiva temple on this earth and is being part of Panch kedar temples. Once at Tungnath, you will be rewarded with panoramic, snow-capped views of the nearby mountains and dense forests, making the trek well worth the effort. Other temples of Panch Kedar circuit are Kedarnath, Rudranath, Madhyamaheshwar and Kalpeshwar.
Return to Chopta and Departure for Badrinath
After descending back to Chopta, we will continue our journey towards Badrinath. The road to Mandal is peaceful, lined with forests and offering limited connectivity. As you move beyond Mandal, the mountain scenery becomes even more spectacular. The final 30-35 km of the route provides breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and flowing rivers, enhancing the beauty of the journey.

Day: 5 Drive from Badrinath (With Mana Village) to Haridwar

Start your day with a visit to the sacred Badrinath Temple for darshan to seek blessings. After the visit, enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing for Haridwar.
Route Overview
Visit to Mana Village:
- If time allows, we will take a short trip to Mana Village, located around 4 km from Badrinath. While the road is a bit rough, the village offers a rich cultural experience and a chance to explore the traditional lifestyle of the locals. If the darshan takes longer than expected, we may skip Mana Village and head straight to Rishikesh for an overnight stay at your hotel.
Journey from Badrinath to Haridwar:
- We will follow the same route back to Haridwar, passing through Badrinath to Rudraprayag, retracing the path we took earlier from Guptkashi. From Rudraprayag, we will continue to Haridwar via NH 58.
Conclusion of the Trip
